MEDIA & LIKENESS RELEASE

Official Contest Media & Likeness Release

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in Fiscal Mania (the "Contest") and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, I agree as follows:

1. Grant of Rights. I grant Brex LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Brex") the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to record, reproduce, use, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from: (a) my name; (b) my photograph, image, voice, and likeness, including real-time reaction footage captured by the camera at the game and any photographs or video taken at the Contest events; (c) my gameplay, score, and leaderboard placement; and (d) any avatar I create in connection with the game (collectively, the "Materials"), in each case for Brex's advertising, marketing, promotional, and related business purposes, in any and all media now known or later developed.

2. Leaderboard and Marketing. I understand and agree that my name and leaderboard placement may be displayed on the Contest microsite and my name may be used by Brex in its marketing, including on social media.

3. No Further Compensation or Approval. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation for the Materials or their use, and I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the Materials.

4. Release. I release and discharge Brex and its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and contractors, from any and all claims arising out of the recording, use, or publication of the Materials, including any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or similar claims.

5. My Representations. I represent that I am at least 18 years old and have the right to grant these rights.

6. Privacy. Information I provide (including name and email) will be handled in accordance with the Brex Privacy Policy, and used to administer the Contest, notify and verify winners, and, as described in this Release, for Brex's marketing purposes.

7. Voluntary. My participation and this grant are voluntary. I understand I may choose not to participate.
